Açaí Superfood Smoothie – Zola

Start the day off right with this superfood smoothie! With a combination of fresh fruit, Zola Original Açaí Juice, and dark leafy greens, this delicious plant-powered smoothie will provide fuel for long days.

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup Zola Original Açaí Juice
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1 handful kale or spinach
  • 1 small banana
  • 1/2 cup fresh-squeezed OJ
  • 1/3 large cucumber
  • 3 ice cubes
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Tightly pack one cup of kale or spinach in a measuring cup and then toss into the blender.
  2. Add in one cup of Zola Original Açaí Juice, one kiwi, a small banana, 1/3 of a large cucumber, ½ cup of fresh-squeezed OJ, and three ice cubes.
  3. Blend together until all leafy chunks are gone and the drink is smooth. Pour into your favorite to-go cup and continue on with your day!
