Mint Simple Syrup
- 1 Cup White Sugar
- 1 Cup Water
- 1 Cup Fresh Mint, leaves and stems
Method of Preparation
- In a small saucepot, add water and then sugar. Stir until dissolved. Add mint to a bowl.
- Continue stirring over medium heat until liquid is heated, and all sugar is dissolved.
- Pour syrup over mint in bowl, let steep for 10 minutes.
- Strain, chill, and use!
