Mint Simple Syrup


  • 1 Cup White Sugar
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1 Cup Fresh Mint, leaves and stems

Method of Preparation

  1. In a small saucepot, add water and then sugar. Stir until dissolved. Add mint to a bowl.
  2. Continue stirring over medium heat until liquid is heated, and all sugar is dissolved.
  3. Pour syrup over mint in bowl, let steep for 10 minutes.
  4. Strain, chill, and use!
