Passion Fruit Coconut Fizz
- 1.5 oz. Passion Fruit Puree
- 0.5 oz. Pineapple Juice
- 3 oz. Zola 1 Liter Original Coconut Water
- 0.25 oz. Cream of Coconut
- 0.75 oz. Lemon Juice
- Pinch Kosher Salt
- 2 oz. Club Soda
Method of Preparation
- In a cocktail shaker, add passion fruit puree, Zola coconut water, cream of coconut, and lemon juice with ice. Shake for 15 seconds.
- Stir in club soda into mix, then pour into glass filled with ice.
