Strawberry Coconut Granita
- 1 Cup Strawberry Puree
- 2 Cups Zola 1 Liter Original Coconut Water
- 1 oz. Lime Juice
- 1 oz. Cream of Coconut
- ½ Cup Coconut Flakes, toasted
Method of Preparation
- Combine strawberry puree, Zola coconut water, lime juice, and cream of coconut.
- Add to ice cream maker and churn until a soft sorbet texture is achieved.
- Fold together in a bowl and freeze. Garnish with toasted shredded coconut.
