Strawberry Coconut Granita

  • 1 Cup Strawberry Puree
  • 2 Cups Zola 1 Liter Original Coconut Water
  • 1 oz. Lime Juice
  • 1 oz. Cream of Coconut
  • ½ Cup Coconut Flakes, toasted

Method of Preparation

  1. Combine strawberry puree, Zola coconut water, lime juice, and cream of coconut.
  2. Add to ice cream maker and churn until a soft sorbet texture is achieved.
  3. Fold together in a bowl and freeze. Garnish with toasted shredded coconut.
