Coconut Mojito Sorbet

  • 2 Cups Zola 1 Liter Original Coconut Water
  • ½ Cup Lime Juice
  • 1 Cup Mint Simple Syrup
  • ½ Cup Coconut Milk
  • ¼ Cup Mint
  • Zest of 1 Lime

Method of Preparation

  1. Infuse Mint in Zola Coconut Water.
  2. Combine Zola coconut water, lime juice, mint simple syrup, and coconut milk.
  3. Add to ice cream maker and churn until a soft sorbet texture is achieved.
  4. Fold together in a bowl and freeze. Garnish with fresh mint.
