Coconut Mojito Sorbet
- 2 Cups Zola 1 Liter Original Coconut Water
- ½ Cup Lime Juice
- 1 Cup Mint Simple Syrup
- ½ Cup Coconut Milk
- ¼ Cup Mint
- Zest of 1 Lime
Method of Preparation
- Infuse Mint in Zola Coconut Water.
- Combine Zola coconut water, lime juice, mint simple syrup, and coconut milk.
- Add to ice cream maker and churn until a soft sorbet texture is achieved.
- Fold together in a bowl and freeze. Garnish with fresh mint.
